"I was very skeptical about meeting a Real estate broker from Zillow, but Brian has been outstanding from day one. Excellent customer service, long patience, and very knowledgeable. He isn't the type of agent that is trying to make a quick sale. He makes sure that the properties are what his clients want. First of all, I was looking for one rental property, long term. So, I bombarded Brian with a half dozen properties that I wanted to see. I had several ideas from my research. As a novice, most was unacceptable and out of my range. This is where Brian's patience and knowledge came in. We went to everyone that was available. With each property, he pointed out the cost of repairs, from the area, and what to expect for rent and renters. The process took a long time, because everyone that I liked, we had to get the inspections. The inspections were always horrific. From there, his teachings came in.
